Her portfolio is geographically diversified throughout California, Arizona, Nevada and Colorado, and includes Class A office, medical-office, and industrial properties. Ms. Young’s responsibilities include supervising all property personnel associated with each real estate asset. These properties include a diverse group of tenants from Fortune 500 companies to closely held private businesses. She is particularly adept at managing tenant relations, which is a key cornerstone of Pacifica’s management philosophy of minimizing tenant rollover.
Mr. Cortez’s responsibilities include management, leasing, and capital improvement projects on company-sponsored and third party-owned industrial and multifamily residential properties. Mr. Cortez is a graduate of California State University-San Marcos, is a certified Apartment Manager, and a licensed Real Estate Broker.
